All home inspection companies are NOT created equal!! Home inspectors are not currently licensed in the State of Florida. Anyone can become a “home inspector” by merely purchasing an occupational license. It seems, of late, that many individuals who lose their jobs no matter what their experience is, purchases an occupational license to perform home inspections. Avoid costly mistakes.
